It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the Platform, and the Last Updated date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Digital products are delivered electronically and you will receive access to your purchased content via the email address provided at the time of purchase or through your registered account on the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and accessible. The Company accepts no responsibility for non-delivery of digital products resulting from an incorrect email address supplied by you, or from technical issues with your email provider, spam filters, or any other factor outside the Company's direct control.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
By accessing the Platform or making any purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Platform, its products, and its services are intended solely for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or over. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from or sell products or services to individuals under the age of eighteen (18).
If the Company becomes aware that any individual under the age of eighteen (18) has purchased any product or service or provided personal data to the Platform, the Company reserves the right to immediately and without notice terminate access, cancel the relevant account, and issue a refund where appropriate. The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any access to or use of the Platform by individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and any such access is strictly prohibited.
By making any purchase or creating an account on the Platform, you further represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement; that you are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or order from accessing the Platform or purchasing any product or service; that all information you provide to the Company is accurate, complete, and current; and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it promptly if it changes.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
All purchases made through the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the terms of the Company's payment processing partners, including but not limited to Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other payment provider utilised by the Company from time to time. By completing a purchase, you agree to those additional terms as applicable.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in the currency stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, except where a price has been expressly locked in accordance with the Founding Member provisions in Section 11 of these Terms. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed are accurate, but where an error in pricing has occurred, the Company reserves the right to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price and to provide a full refund of any payment taken.
For subscription products, including but not limited to the Blueprint Inner Circle, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the applicable recurring rate unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to renewal if you do not wish to be charged for a further billing period. No refunds will be issued for subscription periods that have already been charged where the cancellation was not made prior to the renewal date.
By providing payment information, you authorise the Company and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You represent and warrant that the payment method you provide is yours, that you are authorised to use it, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
In the event that a payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back without prior communication with the Company and without following the refund process set out in these Terms, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to all products and services, to pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts, and to take any other steps available to it under applicable law.
6. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Blueprint AI Income System — 30-Day Fast Start Guarantee
The Blueprint AI Income System carries a 30-day money-back guarantee (the "Fast Start Guarantee") for customers who purchase the product and genuinely attempt to implement it but do not feel the product delivers value. To request a refund under the Fast Start Guarantee, you must contact the Company at info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com within 30 days of your Purchase Date. Refund requests received after the 30-day period has expired will not be considered under this guarantee.
The Fast Start Guarantee applies to the one-time purchase price of the Blueprint AI Income System only. It does not apply to, and cannot be used in conjunction with, the 90-Day Performance Guarantee set out in Section 7 of these Terms. You may claim under one guarantee only.
Blueprint AI Income System — 90-Day Performance Guarantee
The Blueprint AI Income System also carries a conditional 90-Day Performance Guarantee, the full terms and conditions of which are set out in Section 7 of these Terms. The 90-Day Performance Guarantee is entirely separate from and mutually exclusive with the 30-Day Fast Start Guarantee. A customer who has claimed under the 30-Day Fast Start Guarantee is not eligible for the 90-Day Performance Guarantee, and vice versa.
Blueprint Inner Circle — Subscription Cancellation
Blueprint Inner Circle subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the Blueprint Inner Circle member hub will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, after which access will be terminated. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period already paid.
Cancellation of a Blueprint Inner Circle subscription, for any reason and at any time, including during any promotional, founding, or discounted pricing period, will result in the permanent and irrevocable loss of any Founding Member pricing benefit, discount, or price lock that was associated with your account. Upon re-subscription, you will be charged at the then-current standard rate. This provision is absolute and will not be waived under any circumstances.
Done For You Service — Cancellation
Cancellation terms for Done For You services are set out in any separate agreement, proposal, or contract entered into between you and the Company. In the absence of such a document, all fees paid for Done For You services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
General Provisions
Except as expressly set out in this Section and in Section 7, all sales are final. The Company does not issue refunds for any change of mind, failure to use a product, technical difficulties attributable to the Customer's own device or internet connection, or any other reason not expressly provided for in these Terms. Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, are non-returnable by their nature.
The Company's refund policies are without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence. Where applicable law grants you rights in addition to those set out here, those statutory rights are not excluded by these Terms.
7. 90-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE — CONDITIONS AND CRITERIA
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE PURCHASE. The 90-Day Performance Guarantee is subject to strict eligibility criteria which must be satisfied in full. Failure to meet any single criterion, or failure to submit all required evidence within the submission window specified below, will render a claim ineligible. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
Overview
Subject to the conditions set out in this Section 7, the Company offers a conditional full money-back guarantee (the "90-Day Performance Guarantee") on the Blueprint AI Income System for customers who have fully implemented the system as taught, have satisfied every criterion set out below, and who have nonetheless generated zero sales at the end of the 90-day Guarantee Period.
The Guarantee Period
The Guarantee Period begins on the Purchase Date and expires at 11:59pm London GMT on day 90 from the Purchase Date (the "Guarantee Deadline"). The Guarantee Period is absolute and is not suspended, paused, or extended for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to illness, technical difficulties, personal circumstances, failure to access the course, delays in implementation, or any other factor. The clock begins on the Purchase Date regardless of whether you have accessed the product.
Submission Window
All evidence in support of a guarantee claim must be submitted to the Company in a single, complete, compiled submission on day 90 of the Guarantee Period only — that is, on the calendar day on which the Guarantee Deadline falls. Submissions received before day 90 or after 11:59pm London GMT on day 90 will not be considered and will be automatically disqualified.
It is the claimant's sole responsibility to ensure that their submission is received by the Company before the Guarantee Deadline. The Company accepts no responsibility for email delivery failures, delays, technical outages, or any other cause of non-receipt. The claimant should retain proof of sending and, where possible, confirm receipt with the Company via a separate follow-up message on the same day.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund under the 90-Day Performance Guarantee, a claimant must satisfy all of the following criteria in full. These criteria are cumulative: failure to meet any one criterion will result in the claim being disqualified in its entirety.
Criterion 1 — Complete Course Completion
The claimant must have completed every module, lesson, workbook, and action step contained within the Blueprint AI Income System. Evidence required: screenshots demonstrating 100% completion status as recorded within the course platform, clearly showing all modules, lessons, and any trackable progress markers. Partial completion of any module or lesson disqualifies the claim.
Criterion 2 — Affiliate Outreach (Minimum 100 Unique Contacts)
The claimant must have conducted direct personal outreach to a minimum of one hundred (100) unique individuals or businesses for the purpose of establishing an affiliate relationship. Evidence required:
(a) A documented outreach log in CSV or spreadsheet format containing, for each contact: the full name or business name of the individual or entity approached; the platform or medium used (for example, email, Instagram DM, LinkedIn message); the date of outreach; the full text of the message sent; and any response received.
(b) Screenshots of every communication, clearly showing the platform, the message sent, the recipient's name or handle, and the date and time.
(c) Any outreach conducted by email must be forwarded in full — including full email headers, timestamps, and any reply threads — to the Company's designated email address. Screenshots of emails alone do not satisfy this requirement where the original email is available to forward.
(d) All 100 contacts must be unique. Multiple attempts to contact the same individual or entity count as one contact regardless of the number of follow-up messages sent.
(e) Outreach must be genuine and personalised. Mass-blast automated messages or spam communications do not satisfy this criterion.
Criterion 3 — YouTube Content (Minimum 12 Qualifying Videos)
The claimant must have published a minimum of twelve (12) qualifying videos publicly on YouTube over the course of the Guarantee Period. All of the following sub-conditions must be satisfied:
(a) Cadence: The claimant must have published at least one (1) video every seven (7) days from the Purchase Date. No seven-day window may pass without at least one qualifying upload. Videos may be published more frequently than once per week — there is no upper limit on the number of videos published — however, the minimum weekly cadence requirement must be maintained continuously throughout the entire Guarantee Period.
(b) Consistency: The day of the week and the time of publication are set by the claimant's first public YouTube upload made after the Purchase Date. All subsequent qualifying uploads must be published on the same day of the week and within the same thirty (30) minute window as that first upload, based on the time zone in which the first video was published. By way of example only: if the claimant's first video is published on a Monday at 7:00pm GMT, all subsequent qualifying uploads must be published on a Monday between 7:00pm and 7:30pm GMT. The Company will verify this requirement against the timestamps displayed on each published video.
(c) Duration: Each qualifying video must be a minimum of five (5) minutes in length.
(d) Visibility: All twelve (12) qualifying videos must be publicly visible on YouTube at the time the guarantee claim is submitted. Videos that are set to unlisted, private, or deleted status at the time of submission, regardless of when they were originally uploaded, do not qualify.
(e) Evidence required: A direct link to the claimant's YouTube channel; direct links to all twelve (12) qualifying videos; and screenshots of each qualifying video clearly showing the video title, upload timestamp, duration, and public visibility status.
Criterion 4 — Continuous Traffic-Driving Activity (90 Days)
The claimant must have engaged in active, documented, and continuous traffic-driving activity throughout the entire Guarantee Period. Evidence required includes all of the following:
(a) Funnel: Screenshots of and direct links to the claimant's live sales funnel, demonstrating that it was live, operational, and publicly accessible for the full duration of the Guarantee Period.
(b) Email list activity: Evidence — via screenshots and forwarded original emails — that a broadcast email was sent to the claimant's email list at least once per week for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive weeks within the Guarantee Period, regardless of the size of the claimant's list. Forwarded emails must include full send timestamps and any available send, open, and click analytics.
(c) Email automation flows: Screenshots demonstrating that all three of the following email sequences, as taught in the course and its supporting assets, were fully built, active, and operational within MailChimp or equivalent email marketing platform throughout the Guarantee Period:
Sequence 1 — The Welcome Sequence: A minimum of seven (7) emails deployed over a 10 to 14 day period from subscriber opt-in. Screenshots must show the full sequence architecture and analytics confirming the sequence was live and sending during the Guarantee Period.
Sequence 2 — The Post-Purchase Sequence: A minimum of six (6) emails triggered by a purchase event. Screenshots must show the trigger setup, full sequence architecture, and analytics confirming the sequence was active during the Guarantee Period.
Sequence 3 — The Re-Engagement Sequence: A minimum of four (4) emails deployed to cold or disengaged subscribers. Screenshots must show the segmentation logic, sequence architecture, and evidence the sequence was active during the Guarantee Period.
Analytics screenshots for all three sequences must show open rates, click rates, and send activity for the full Guarantee Period. Sequences that exist but show no send activity do not satisfy this requirement.
(d) Gap provision: A gap of more than three (3) consecutive calendar days in documented traffic-driving activity at any point during the Guarantee Period automatically and immediately disqualifies the claim, without exception and without the possibility of remedy.
Criterion 5 — Zero Sales Confirmation
The claimant must provide unambiguous and verifiable evidence that they generated zero revenue across all channels during the Guarantee Period. Evidence required:
(a) A signed written declaration by the claimant confirming that zero sales were generated during the Guarantee Period across all channels, including but not limited to their own Shopify store, any third-party marketplaces, any direct payment methods, and any other sales channel.
(b) Screenshots of the claimant's Shopify dashboard and orders tab, clearly showing zero orders and zero revenue during the relevant period. The screenshots must show the date range selected and must clearly reflect the full Guarantee Period.
(c) The Company reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to request direct access to the claimant's relevant analytics dashboards, advertising accounts, sales platforms, and email marketing accounts for the purpose of independent verification of the zero sales declaration. Refusal or failure to grant such access within five (5) working days of the Company's request will automatically void the guarantee claim.
(d) Any false or misleading declaration regarding sales figures will render the guarantee claim void and may constitute fraud, for which the Company reserves all rights to pursue legal action.
Criterion 6 — Submission Requirements and Review Process
(a) All evidence must be compiled into a single, complete, organised submission sent to info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com on day 90 of the Guarantee Period. Piecemeal, staged, or partial submissions will not be accepted.
(b) The submission must be clearly labelled with the claimant's full name, the email address used at the time of purchase, and their order reference number.
(c) Submissions must be received by 11:59pm London GMT on day 90. The Company is not responsible for email delivery failures or delays. Confirmation of receipt is the claimant's responsibility.
(d) Due to the significant volume of evidence required for thorough verification, the Company will review all complete and eligible submissions within ninety (90) days of receipt. The Company reserves the right to request additional supporting evidence at any stage of the review process. Failure to provide any additional evidence requested within five (5) working days of the Company's written request will automatically void the claim.
(e) The Company's determination as to whether the eligibility criteria have been satisfied is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Company's decision beyond a written explanation of the grounds for any disqualification.
(f) Any submission found to contain falsified, manipulated, altered, or otherwise misleading evidence — including but not limited to fabricated screenshots, edited timestamps, backdated content, or false declarations — will be permanently and irrevocably void. The Company reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action in respect of any fraudulent guarantee claim.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 90-Day Performance Guarantee is offered on the basis that the vast majority of individuals who fail to generate sales within the Guarantee Period will not have fully satisfied all of the criteria set out above. The guarantee is designed to reward genuine, consistent, and documented effort in implementing the full system as taught. It is not a general money-back guarantee and does not apply to customers who have not implemented the system in full.
8. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
INCOME AND EARNINGS REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY THE COMPANY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE APPEARING ON THE PLATFORM, IN TESTIMONIALS, IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, IN EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS, IN SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS, IN REVIEWS, OR IN ANY OTHER FORMAT, ARE ASPIRATIONAL ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEES OF INCOME OR RESULTS.
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, expressed or implied, that any individual who purchases any product or service offered by the Company will earn any income, revenue, or profit of any kind as a result of implementing the methods, strategies, systems, or information taught therein.
Any income figures, earnings figures, revenue figures, or financial results referenced on the Platform or in any communications from the Company, including but not limited to those presented in testimonials, case studies, social media posts, advertisements, sales pages, or email campaigns, represent the individual experiences of specific individuals and are not typical. Such figures are not guarantees, representations, or promises that you will achieve the same or any similar results. Individual results will vary significantly depending on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: the individual's level of experience, skill, knowledge, and expertise in online business, marketing, and sales; the individual's willingness to implement the strategies taught consistently and over a sustained period; the individual's available time, resources, and financial capital; the level of competition in the individual's chosen niche or market; the prevailing economic and market conditions at the time of implementation; the individual's personal work ethic, commitment, and persistence; technical ability and access to the necessary tools and technology; the quality and relevance of the individual's chosen audience, offer, and marketing approach; factors entirely outside the control of the individual or the Company, including but not limited to platform algorithm changes, changes in consumer behaviour, economic downturns, and regulatory changes; and any and all other factors, whether known or unknown, that may impact business performance.
The fact that an individual is referenced in a testimonial, review, or case study on the Platform, or has shared their results publicly in connection with the Company's products, does not imply that their results are typical or that you should expect to achieve the same results. Earnings displayed in testimonials, reviews, screenshots, and social media posts referenced or shared by the Company represent isolated individual experiences and have not been independently verified by the Company.
Building a sustainable online business requires substantial time, effort, consistent action, and the acceptance of risk. Many individuals who purchase online business education courses do not take meaningful action and consequently do not generate any income from their investment. The Company cannot and does not guarantee any financial outcome from the purchase of any product or service.
Nothing in any product, course, email, communication, or content associated with the Company should be interpreted as a promise, projection, forecast, or guarantee of future income, revenue, profit, sales, or any other financial outcome, whether expressly stated or implied.
9. FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER
The Company is not a regulated financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, financial planner, accountant, tax adviser, or legal adviser. The Company does not hold any regulatory authorisation or approval from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), or any other financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom, the United States, or any other jurisdiction.
Nothing contained within any product, service, course, email, communication, social media post, live session, member content, webinar, or any other content produced, distributed, or associated with the Company, including but not limited to the Blueprint AI Income System, the Blueprint Inner Circle, Done For You services, email communications, and any other present or future products or services, constitutes, or should be construed as constituting: financial advice of any kind, whether general or specific; investment advice, recommendations, or guidance of any kind; advice in relation to the suitability of any investment, financial product, or financial strategy for any particular individual; advice regarding the purchase, sale, holding, or management of any securities, stocks, shares, bonds, commodities, currencies, cryptocurrency, digital assets, or any other financial instrument or investment vehicle; tax advice or guidance of any kind; accounting advice or guidance of any kind; or legal advice or guidance of any kind.
From time to time, the Company may share information, opinions, strategies, case studies, or educational content relating to income generation, business building, online marketing, affiliate marketing, digital product creation, and related subjects. Any such information is provided purely for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute advice of any regulated or professional nature.
From time to time, the Company may also share information about, or make available, investment opportunities, partnership opportunities, joint venture opportunities, or other financial opportunities to Blueprint Inner Circle members, email subscribers, or other customers through any channel, including but not limited to the member hub, email communications, live sessions, social media, or any other platform. Any such information or opportunities are shared for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial advice, regulated investment advice, or a regulated financial promotion of any kind. The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any nature regarding the return, performance, suitability, legality, risk profile, or outcome of any such opportunity. Past performance of any investment or opportunity referenced by the Company is not indicative of future results. You should conduct your own thorough and independent due diligence and, where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified and regulated financial adviser before making any investment decision of any kind. The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any investment decision made, or any loss suffered, by any individual based on information shared through the Platform or any Company communication, including but not limited to information shared within the Blueprint Inner Circle or through email communications.
All financial decisions, including but not limited to decisions about starting a business, investing in marketing, purchasing tools or software, investing in personal development or education, acquiring any asset, entering into any investment, or making any other financial commitment in connection with implementing the strategies taught by the Company, are made entirely at your own risk. You should always seek independent professional advice before making any significant financial decision.
The Company expressly disclaims all liability for any financial loss, business loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, investment loss, or any other loss of any nature, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with any reliance on any information, content, opportunity, or strategy provided by the Company, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any individual who purchases any product or service from the Company will achieve any specific result, outcome, or level of success, whether financial or otherwise. All results referenced on the Platform, including but not limited to business outcomes, lifestyle outcomes, time freedom, financial freedom, or any other outcome depicted or described in testimonials, case studies, social media content, marketing materials, or any other communication, are illustrative of what is possible for some individuals in some circumstances and do not represent what is typical, expected, or guaranteed.
The strategies, systems, frameworks, and information taught within the Company's products and services are provided in good faith and are based on the Company's own experience and research. However, the effectiveness of any strategy or system is dependent on its correct and consistent implementation and on a wide range of external factors that are entirely outside the Company's control, including but not limited to market conditions, technological changes, platform policy changes, changes in consumer behaviour, and the individual's level of effort and commitment.
By purchasing any product or service from the Company, you acknowledge and accept that results, if any, will vary significantly from individual to individual; that the achievement of any particular result is not guaranteed; that past results shown on the Platform or in any communication are not indicative of future results for you or any other individual; that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes in connection with the implementation of any information, strategy, or system provided by the Company; and that any business you build or attempt to build using strategies taught by the Company is your own business and is your sole responsibility.
11. BLUEPRINT INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP
Membership Tiers and Billing
The Blueprint Inner Circle is a recurring subscription membership available at the following billing frequencies: monthly, six-monthly, and annual. The specific price and benefits associated with each tier are described on the relevant product pages on the Platform at the time of purchase. By purchasing a Blueprint Inner Circle membership, you authorise the Company to charge your chosen payment method at the applicable recurring rate at the start of each new billing period.
Founding Member Price Lock
Customers who purchase a Blueprint Inner Circle membership at a Founding Member price prior to the closing of the Founding Member pricing period will have that price locked for as long as their membership remains continuously active. The Founding Member price lock is personal to the individual account and is non-transferable.
The Founding Member price lock is contingent upon continuous, uninterrupted membership. If you cancel your Blueprint Inner Circle subscription for any reason — including but not limited to cost, dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, or any other reason — your Founding Member price lock will be permanently and irrevocably forfeited. Should you choose to re-subscribe at any future date, you will be charged at the then-current standard rate. This provision is absolute and non-negotiable and will not be waived regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to close the Founding Member pricing period at any time and at its sole discretion. No guarantee is made as to the duration for which Founding Member pricing will remain available.
Membership Benefits
The specific benefits included within a Blueprint Inner Circle membership, including but not limited to access to monthly lessons, live sessions, community features, coaching discounts, and any other benefits, are provided at the Company's discretion and are subject to change at any time. The Company makes no guarantee that any specific benefit will remain available for any particular duration.
Live Sessions
Live sessions provided as part of the Blueprint Inner Circle membership may be recorded and made available for replay. The Company does not guarantee that live sessions will take place at any specific frequency, time, or date, and reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify live sessions at its discretion. Failure to attend a live session, whether due to scheduling conflicts, technical difficulties, or any other reason, does not entitle you to a refund of any membership fee.
12. AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
Application and Acceptance
The Company operates an affiliate programme through which approved individuals and entities may earn commission by referring paying customers to the Company's products and services. Participation in the affiliate programme is subject to separate application and approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole and absolute discretion and without providing any reason for such a decision.
Affiliate Conduct
By participating in the affiliate programme, you agree to promote the Company's products and services in a manner that is honest, accurate, and consistent with the Company's brand standards and guidelines. You must not make any false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about the Company's products or services in the course of your promotional activity. You must comply at all times with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies governing advertising, endorsement, and affiliate marketing, including but not limited to the UK Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines where applicable, and any platform-specific rules of any social media or other platform on which you promote the Company's products.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with the Company in all promotional content in accordance with applicable advertising standards. Failure to make appropriate disclosures may result in the immediate termination of your affiliate status and the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Commission and Payment
Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules are as set out in your affiliate agreement or as communicated to you through the Company's affiliate platform. Commission is earned only on sales that are fully completed and not subsequently refunded. The Company reserves the right to hold or withhold commission payments in respect of any sale that is subject to a refund request or chargeback, and to clawback commissions already paid where a refund is subsequently issued.
Prohibited Conduct and Liquidated Damages
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate status and the forfeiture of all outstanding commissions, and may result in legal action: self-referral, meaning using your own affiliate link to make a purchase for yourself or for any member of your household or immediate family; any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of the affiliate tracking system; cookie stuffing, link hijacking, or any other form of illegitimate tracking manipulation; making false or misleading claims about the Company's products, services, results, or the Company itself; promoting the Company's products through spam, unsolicited messaging, or any other prohibited form of communication; sharing, distributing, selling, or otherwise making available any of the Company's proprietary materials, course content, member-only content, or intellectual property without express written authorisation; and any conduct that brings the Company's brand, reputation, or products into disrepute.
In the event that you directly promote, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available to any third party any course, programme, membership, content, strategy, system, or material that is copied from, substantially similar to, or derivative of any of the Company's proprietary materials or intellectual property, including but not limited to the Blueprint AI Income System and Blueprint Inner Circle content, without express prior written consent from the Company, you agree to pay the Company as liquidated damages the sum of twenty-five thousand pounds sterling (£25,000) per individual breach, which the parties acknowledge represents a genuine pre-estimate of the Company's loss and is not a penalty. This provision shall survive the termination of your affiliate status for any reason.
Termination of Affiliate Status
The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate programme at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, any accrued and unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to the Company, provided that no prohibited conduct has occurred that would result in forfeiture.
13. DONE FOR YOU SERVICE
Where the Company offers Done For You services — including but not limited to funnel builds, email sequence creation, content creation, strategy consultation, and any other bespoke service — the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and terms of any such engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed between the Company and the Client prior to commencement.
In the absence of a separate written agreement, the following default terms apply to all Done For You services: all fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing; all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced; timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; the Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, access, and feedback in a timely manner, and delays caused by the Client's failure to provide what is required may result in delays to delivery for which the Company accepts no liability; the Company retains all intellectual property rights in any work produced until full payment has been received, at which point rights transfer to the Client as agreed; and the Company does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or level of success from any Done For You service.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, intellectual property, and proprietary information published, shared, or made available through the Platform or through any of the Company's products or services — including but not limited to course content, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, templates, frameworks, strategies, systems, graphics, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers — are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
By purchasing any product or service, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available any content to any third party, whether for payment or otherwise; to sell, resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any content or any part thereof; to create derivative works based on any content without express written authorisation from the Company; to use any content in any form of advertising, promotion, or marketing without express written authorisation from the Company; or to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary marking from any content.
Any unauthorised use of the Company's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a breach of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law. The Company reserves all rights to pursue any and all remedies available to it at law or in equity in respect of any such breach, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and account of profits.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY
Certain products and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to the Blueprint Inner Circle membership, may involve the sharing of confidential, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and not to disclose, share, distribute, or make available any such information to any third party without the prior express written consent of the Company.
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to: proprietary strategies, systems, frameworks, and methodologies shared within member-only content; business data, financial information, or personal information relating to the Company or its principals; information shared within any private community, group, or forum associated with the Company's products or services; and any other information that is clearly of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature.
The confidentiality obligations set out in this Section shall survive the termination of your access to any product or service for a period of five (5) years from the date of termination, or indefinitely in respect of any trade secrets or genuinely proprietary information.
16. NON-DISPARAGEMENT
You agree that you will not, at any time, whether during or after your engagement with any of the Company's products or services, make, publish, communicate, or cause to be made any statement, comment, post, review, or communication — whether verbal, written, or in any other form, and whether publicly or privately — that is false, misleading, defamatory, disparaging, or damaging to the reputation, business, products, services, or personnel of the Company.
This non-disparagement provision applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to social media posts, reviews on any platform, forum posts, direct messages, emails, testimonials provided to third parties, media interviews, podcast appearances, blog posts, and any other form of public or private communication.
This provision does not prevent you from making genuine, honest, and accurate statements about your experience with the Company's products or services where such statements are not false or misleading. The Company is committed to providing high-quality products and services and welcomes genuine feedback submitted through appropriate channels.
In the event of a breach of this non-disparagement provision, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages.
17. GDPR AND DATA PROTECTION
The Company takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously and is committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as any other applicable data protection legislation. The Company's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Platform or purchasing any product or service, you consent to the Company's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company may use your personal data for the purposes of, including but not limited to: processing your purchase and managing your account; delivering digital products and services you have purchased; sending transactional communications relating to your purchase or account; sending marketing communications where you have consented to receive them; improving the Platform and the Company's products and services; complying with legal obligations; and protecting the Company's legitimate business interests.
You have certain rights in relation to your personal data under UK GDPR, including but not limited to the right to access, correct, restrict, erase, and port your personal data. You may also have the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the Company at info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com.
The Company may share your personal data with third-party service providers — including but not limited to payment processors, email marketing platforms, course hosting platforms, customer relationship management systems, and analytics providers — for the purposes of providing and improving the Company's products and services. The Company ensures that any such third-party providers are subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
18. COOKIES AND TRACKING
The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to: ensuring the Platform functions correctly; remembering your preferences and settings; analysing how visitors use the Platform; measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and providing personalised content and advertising. By using the Platform, you consent to the Company's use of cookies as described in its Cookie Policy, which is published on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed on the Platform or through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
19. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Platform and all products and services offered by the Company are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. The Company makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
The Company does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any information, content, material, or resource available through the Platform or through any of its products or services. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or current. You rely on any such content at your own risk.
The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, or other adverse consequence of any nature arising from or in connection with: your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any product or service; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in the operation of the Platform; the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content on the Platform; any reliance placed by you on any information, content, or material provided by the Company; any business decision made by you in connection with implementing any strategy or system taught by the Company; any technical failure, data loss, or security breach affecting the Platform or any third-party service used in connection with the Platform; any third-party content, links, or resources referenced on or accessible through the Platform; or any action or inaction of any third-party service provider used in connection with the Company's products or services.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform or any product or service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not the Company was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
You acknowledge that the limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section reflect a reasonable and proportionate allocation of risk between the parties, having regard to the nature and price of the products and services provided, and that the Company would not have entered into this Agreement without these limitations.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform or any product or service; your breach of any provision of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; any content you submit, post, or share in connection with any community, forum, or other interactive feature associated with the Company's products or services; any fraudulent or misleading guarantee claim or misrepresentation made by you; and any business activity carried out by you in connection with or following your use of the Company's products or services.
22. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS AND SOCIAL PROOF
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, and social proof elements appearing on the Platform or in any of the Company's marketing communications represent the individual experiences of specific customers or members at specific points in time. Such experiences may or may not be representative of the experiences of other customers, and the Company makes no representation that any individual will achieve the same or any similar results.
Results highlighted in testimonials, reviews, or case studies — including but not limited to income figures, revenue figures, business growth metrics, and lifestyle outcomes — are not typical and should not be taken as a representation of what the average customer can expect to achieve. Individual results will vary significantly based on the factors set out in Sections 8 and 10 of these Terms.
Testimonials and reviews published on the Platform or in Company communications are presented in good faith and reflect the genuine views of the individuals providing them. However, the Company does not independently verify the accuracy of all claims made in testimonials and reviews. The publication of any testimonial or review does not constitute an endorsement by the Company of any statement made therein beyond the customer's own experience.
By providing a testimonial, review, video testimonial, or any other form of feedback to the Company, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your testimonial or feedback in any form and on any platform for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you expressly notify the Company otherwise in writing at the time of providing such feedback.
23. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND PLATFORM
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform or any product or service following the publication of updated Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
The Company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any product, service, or feature at any time and without prior notice, and accepts no liability to you or any third party in respect of any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
24. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). This choice of governing law and jurisdiction does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence where applicable law requires those rights to be upheld.
25. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
The Company's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver by the Company of any breach of these Terms by you shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and the purchase of any product or service, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

27. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
27.1 The Mindset For Success Academy Ltd makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any kind regarding the income, revenue, profits, or financial results that you may achieve as a result of purchasing or using any of our products, courses, programmes, or services. Results are not typical and are not guaranteed.
27.2 Any income figures, earnings examples, case studies, testimonials, or results referenced on this website, in our marketing materials, in our courses, in our emails, on our social media channels (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn), in paid advertising, or in any other communication from us, represent individual experiences and exceptional results achieved by specific individuals under their own particular circumstances. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as typical, average, or expected results.
27.3 Your results will vary significantly and will depend on a wide range of individual factors, including but not limited to: your prior experience, skills, knowledge, work ethic, dedication, time invested, financial resources, market conditions, competition, the actions you take, and numerous other variables entirely outside our control. There is no guarantee that you will achieve any particular level of income or financial result by following our methods, and no implication of such should be inferred from any content we publish or distribute.
27.4 Testimonials and Social Proof. Testimonials, reviews, success stories, and earnings examples featured on this website, in our marketing materials, and across our social media channels (including but not limited to those displayed on product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, YouTube videos, Instagram posts and stories, and any other platform) represent the individual experiences of specific customers at a specific point in time. These individuals' results are their own and are not typical. Past results featured in any of our materials are not indicative of future results for you or for anyone else.
27.5 Personal Responsibility. Building an online business of any kind involves risk, sustained effort, and consistent action over time. Not everyone who purchases our products will generate income or achieve the outcomes they desire. By purchasing our products and services, you accept full and sole responsibility for any decisions made in reliance on the information contained in our programmes, and you acknowledge that your results are determined entirely by your own efforts and circumstances.
27.6 Nothing on this website or in any of our products constitutes a promise or guarantee of income, revenue, profit, or financial success of any kind. Any statements describing potential outcomes or income possibilities are forward-looking in nature and should not be relied upon as predictions of actual future results.
28. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE AND AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS
28.1 Our Use of Affiliate Links. From time to time, content published on this website, in our emails, in our courses, and across our social media channels may contain affiliate links or references to third-party products and services. Where we use affiliate links or have a commercial relationship with a third party whose products or services we reference, we will disclose this clearly and prominently in accordance with the UK CAP Code and applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
28.2 Mandatory Disclosure Obligations for Affiliates. If you participate in our affiliate programme, you must clearly and prominently disclose your affiliate relationship with The Mindset For Success Academy in all content in which you promote, review, recommend, or reference our products or services. This obligation applies without exception to all media and platforms, including but not limited to: YouTube videos, Instagram posts and stories, TikTok videos, Facebook posts, blog articles, email newsletters, paid advertisements, podcast episodes, and any other medium in which our products are promoted.
28.3 Standards for Disclosure. All affiliate disclosures must be: (a) clear and prominent and not buried in descriptions, small print, or at the end of content where a viewer is unlikely to encounter them; (b) made before or at the point at which the promotional content is encountered; and (c) expressed in plain language that a reasonable person would understand to indicate a commercial relationship, including but not limited to wording such as "This contains affiliate links," "Ad," "Paid partnership," "Sponsored," or "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
28.4 Platform Compliance. You are solely responsible for complying with the disclosure requirements of each platform on which you promote our products, including but not limited to YouTube's paid promotion disclosure tool, Instagram's paid partnership label, and TikTok's branded content toggle. Compliance with platform-specific requirements does not by itself satisfy your obligations under UK advertising standards — you must comply with both.
28.5 CAP Code Compliance. All affiliate marketing activity in connection with The Mindset For Success Academy must comply with the UK CAP Code as administered by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). It is your responsibility as an affiliate to familiarise yourself with and comply with the CAP Code in full. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate agreement immediately and without notice if we become aware of any non-compliant promotional activity, and to pursue any losses arising from such non-compliance in accordance with Clause 12 of these Terms and Conditions.
28.6 Prohibited Conduct. As an affiliate, you must not: make false or misleading claims about our products or services; guarantee specific income or financial results to prospective customers; use our intellectual property, brand assets, or trademarked materials without our express prior written consent; engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any promotional activity that violates applicable law or platform terms of service; misrepresent your identity or your relationship with us; or engage in any conduct that could bring The Mindset For Success Academy Ltd into disrepute.
28.7 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Breach of the disclosure obligations or prohibited conduct provisions set out in this Clause 28 may result in immediate termination of your affiliate agreement without notice, forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, and liability for any losses, regulatory penalties, fines, or reputational damage suffered by The Mindset For Success Academy Ltd as a result of your non-compliant activity. The liquidated damages provisions set out in Clause 12.5 of these Terms and Conditions apply to breaches of affiliate obligations where applicable.
