1. OVERVIEW
This policy applies to subscription-based purchase options available through The Mindset For Success Academy Ltd. It should be read alongside our full Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which are available on our website. By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all three documents.
We do not offer physical products, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy arrangements. All products and services sold by The Mindset For Success Academy Ltd are digital in nature.
2. BLUEPRINT INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP — MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
2.1 What you're subscribing to
The Blueprint Inner Circle monthly membership gives you ongoing access to monthly training content, live sessions, the member community, and all other Inner Circle benefits as described on the membership page at the time of purchase. The specific features and content included may be updated and expanded over time.
2.2 Billing
Your membership fee will be charged to your payment method on the same date each month, corresponding to your original sign-up date. For example, if you joined on the 5th of the month, you will be billed on the 5th of each subsequent month. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
2.3 Auto-renewal
Your monthly membership will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
2.4 How to cancel
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com with the subject line "Inner Circle Cancellation" and your full name and the email address associated with your account.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to take effect for that billing cycle. Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of a renewal may result in one further payment being processed, after which your cancellation will take effect.
2.5 When cancellation takes effect
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to Inner Circle content and benefits until that date. No refunds or pro-rata reimbursements are issued for any unused portion of a billing period already paid.
2.6 Founding Member pricing — permanent forfeiture on cancellation
If you subscribed during the Founding Member period and hold Founding Member pricing, please be aware that this pricing is permanently and irrevocably forfeited upon cancellation, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This forfeiture is absolute and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. If you re-subscribe after cancelling, your subscription will be at the then-current standard rate. Founding Member pricing is personal to the original subscriber and is non-transferable.
3. BLUEPRINT INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP — ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
3.1 Billing
Annual membership is charged as a single upfront payment covering 12 months of access from the date of purchase.
3.2 Auto-renewal
Annual memberships will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless cancelled. We will send a reminder email to the address associated with your account at least 7 days before your annual renewal date.
3.3 How to cancel
You may cancel your annual membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or by contacting us at info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com with the subject line "Inner Circle Annual Cancellation" and your full name and the email address associated with your account.
To prevent auto-renewal, cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your annual renewal date.
3.4 When cancellation takes effect and refunds
Cancellation of an annual membership takes effect at the end of your current 12-month paid period. You will retain full access to Inner Circle content and benefits until that date. No refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rata reimbursements are available for any unused portion of an annual membership period already paid, at any point during the membership year.
3.5 Founding Member pricing — permanent forfeiture on cancellation
As with monthly memberships, any Founding Member pricing attached to an annual subscription is permanently and irrevocably forfeited upon cancellation. Re-subscription after cancellation will be at the then-current standard rate. No exceptions.
4. CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
4.1 Upgrading or downgrading
If you wish to change your subscription tier or billing frequency (for example, moving from monthly to annual billing), please contact us at info@mindsetforsuccessacademy.com. Any changes will take effect from your next billing date unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Price changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing at any time. Where a price increase applies to your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. Founding Member pricing is exempt from standard price increases and is locked for the lifetime of the membership, subject to the forfeiture provisions in sections 2.6 and 3.5 above.
5. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription access may be suspended or cancelled. We are not responsible for any loss of access to content or services resulting from a failed payment where the failure is due to issues with your payment method, including but not limited to: insufficient funds, expired card details, or bank-side restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are kept up to date.
